If you have self-diagnosed your vehicle or had it diagnosed by another garage/mechanic and ask us to replace a specific part, SA Autoworks cannot guarantee that the requested repair will resolve your fault.
We are happy to carry out customer-requested repairs, however:
🔹 Parts replaced based on a customer or third-party diagnosis are fitted at the customer’s request
🔹 Labour charges remain payable even if the repair does not resolve the original issue
🔹 We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect diagnosis made elsewhere
🔹 If you want us to take responsibility for diagnosing the fault, please book a diagnostic inspection with us first
